The Day Habilitation Program for Adults with Disabilities provides a structured, supportive, and engaging environment where adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities can learn, socialize, and thrive. Our program focuses on building independence, enhancing daily living skills, and promoting full community participation through personalized and meaningful activities.
Founded in 2003, Soaring Eagle Center was established in response to a growing need for quality daytime support services for adults with disabilities. Families in our community were searching for programs that offered more than supervision. They wanted opportunities for their loved ones to continue learning, building relationships, and growing beyond the school system. Since our founding, we have remained committed to providing person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Our work continues to be shaped by the individuals and families we serve, ensuring our program evolves alongside their needs.
We believe every adult deserves the opportunity to live with purpose, independence, and connection. Many adults with disabilities face limited access to structured programs, social opportunities, and skill development after transitioning out of school. This often leads to isolation and fewer opportunities for growth. Soaring Eagle Center exists to create a supportive environment where individuals can build life skills, develop confidence, and actively participate in their communities. We do this because every person deserves the chance to grow, belong, and reach their fullest potential.
